Conferences/Facilitation

A lot of time and money is put into a successful conference so it is important to ensure the objectives are reached and that staff regard the time as well spent.

A key to success is good facilitation throughout the conference. This ensures key messages are reinforced, the programme runs to time, changes are introduced without a hitch, and there is a balance of humour, learning, and activity. Lois works closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and the participants enjoy a stimulating environment. She describes herself as having a mildly warped sense of humour, a passion for researching useful information to add value, and high energy - ensuring participants enjoy their learning experience.
