New Team Start-up

In order to ‘fast track’ new team development it is important to provide them with the opportunity and the tools to connect and get to know one another quickly. Lois has worked with many teams and generally uses the TMI profile instrument to begin the session. She uses humour to highlight potential differences and she links ‘group styles’ to the work required. These sessions can be combined with a session on vision and team values. Feedback from clients has been consistently positive.
