Facilitation

The New Zealand Skills Strategy Consultation is a tri-partied approach to improving skills and productivity within New Zealand.

Lead by Tregaskisbrown, Lois worked with the team to facilitate consultation on the draft New Zealand skills Strategy.

This included:

  • Managing a national rollout within a very short time frame
  • Ensuring meetings encouraged debate and forward thinking, and provided information that was practical and useful to the overall goals of the project.
  • Working with the partners (Council of Trade Unions, The Industry Training Federation, Tertiary Education Commission, Business New Zealand, and Government)

This work culminates in a Skills Strategy for New Zealand, providing a unique opportunity for a range of agencies and organisations to collaborate in improving our productivity, our competitiveness, and our national wealth.
