Lois Meneer

Lois has over 30 year’s business experience, which she uses to create individualised solutions for her clients.

To meet your needs Lois will:

  • work alongside you on the challenges and the change you want; helping you to integrate that change with your people, your systems, your clients, and your internal/external stakeholders. Her focus is both systemic and personal.
  • use her qualifications in facilitation, negotiation, and mediation; in HR management; systemic therapy (and its application to business success), and a masters certificate in NLP, to ensure you find creative, workable, solutions.
  • use her broad business experience in both the private and public sectors to ask the right questions and encourage you to work on your solutions - this way you own the result. Lois has assisted managers and organisations in areas as diverse as coaching ( teams and individuals), performance management, organisational development, strategic planning, HR, team building, change management, and recruitment.
